Kettlebell Bootcamp
Kettlebell Bootcamp is a four week ultra-intense fitness program utilising the Russian Kettlebell as its main training tool.
Trainees are commenced with Kettlebell Basics in the first week before the program slowly increases in intensity and expected effort to finish with Advanced Kettlebell exercises and programs that will strip body fat off you like you simply won’t believe.
When participants attend every session and follow a calorie controlled diet there is simply no four week exercise program which can get the same results.
What will Kettlebell Training do for me?
Everyone can benefit from a regular Kettlebell workout: from those who just want to look and feel good, to elite athletes of all kinds. Primarily a Kettlebell workout will develop your all-important body core – back, hips and trunk. You’ll also burn fat at an amazing rate and exercise your cardiovascular system. Because you use your whole body to control the Kettlebell you will also strengthen arms and legs.
