This is one out of the box. If you thought Overhaul or Kettlebell Bootcamp was tough then you’re in for a shock.

This program will have a focus on three main training methods, Boxing/Combat Conditioning, Kettlebells and Interval Circuits. There’s a little surprise in this program that you will have to sign up to experience.

There is an entry standard in this one. You must be able to run, jump and perform all physical tasks so previous injuries will not be suitable for this program. You must have the ability and desire to push beyond your own barriers.

This is a NEVER QUIT program so 100% is required in these short but highly intense sessions. Think you’re ready to go to the next level?
