FIGHTING FIT is a BOXING and PERSONAL TRAINING Studio.

If you want to get fit, learn to defend yourself, have the confidence of a fighter whilst learning an awesome skill then boxing is the way to go.

Our boxing and fitness training is run by actual boxers with real fight experience not just a 4 hour course for Personal Trainers.

They will show you how to get fit, whilst teaching you the real skills of boxing.

This training is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. You must be mentally prepared for a tough session though.

We NEVER take the easy option and will ensure your training is focused, effective and gets results.

We Offer:

  • Group Boxing Classes
  • Ladies Only Classes
  • Private Sessions for boxing skills enhancement. (1-on-1 or grab a couple of mates and learn together)
  • Personal and Small Group Training. These are not just boxing sessions but general fitness training that is still aimed to give you results, without the boxing
  • Fighting Fit Kids – A Boxing for Fitness program for 6 – 12 year olds.
  • Pilates – A course availabe for groups of six or more people. We can come to your workplace or house and also run courses in our studio.
  • OVERHAUL – Our signature eight week Group Program that is based on years of military service.
  • Kickboxing – This is a fitness and skills program just to add that extra element to take you beyond just Boxing Fitness.
  • Group Bookings for school, sports or corporate groups. There is a minimum of 12 people and maximum of 40
  • Athlete Enhancement Program for any sport that requires that extra edge. Our trainers will get something that little extra out of you
  • We have hot showers, a private facility, with easy access in the main street
  • We can organise your very own boxing equipment
  • Children must be over 12yo before joining the Open Group classes
