Utilising boxing methods and many conditioning exercises to turn you into a leaner you. Great stress relief too as you get to hit something to start or end your day. These classes are fantastic fat burners and confidence builders as you learn some proper boxing technique along the way.

WHEN

Mon, Wed & Fri – 5.30am, 9am, 4pm & 5.30pm. No Friday 4pm.

HOW LONG

Each session will run for 60 minutes.

COST

Unlimited Training for New members ONLY $60 a month for the first three months. THEN our 2017 prices for all new members that remain on direct debit are $100 a month for 3 sessions a week or $140 for unlimited sessions.

  • Pay by the session are $15;
  • Students 13 to 18 yrs of age – $20 unlimited weekly;
  • Students under 22yr – $20 unlimited weekly;
  • Prices negotiable for those working away.

NOTE: You will be placed onto our Direct Debit system (unless special circumstances), please note DD can be placed on hold or cancelled at no cost.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions consist of conditioning, calisthenics, kettlebells & cardio along with bag work, focus pads and other boxing skills. .Here at Fighting Fit we pride ourselves on our Boxing & Conditioning classes. These classes are designed for any fitness level and any skill level. Naturally both will increase over time but we all need to start somewhere right?

Our Boxing sessions are run in line with our training methods for amateur and professional fighters. You can commence with a zero fitness level. We will scale all activities to suit you. All you need is the desire to change, the desire to be better than you were yesterday.

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable workout attire consisting of a t-shirt, shorts or tracksuit if preferred along with sturdy and supportive athletic footwear.

WHAT TO BRING

Water bottle, a positive attitude and a great big smile.

COACHES

All sessions will be run by our qualified boxing coaches.
