Quality Breeds Success
Do you train at several gyms? Do you flutter from gym to gym, training here and there, and going with the flow for whichever gym your friends happen to be at? We like to call these people ‘freestylers’.
Program Structure
We believe our style of programming will aim to improve one’s overall health, & fitness by using combined movements that encompass all elements throughout persistently varied sessions to develop unlimited conditioning simultaneously.

At Fighting Fit in 2016 a new approach will be taken. You will see a different side to our in-house training where we will work on 4 weekly blocks of our Fighting Fit programming methodology.
