Over the next six weeks as the festive season rolls around we would love to see you enjoy as many sessions with us as you can.

When the exercise gets too heavy and hard then the room for error becomes small.

You all know our amazing Liam, you see him in the gym, you hear him encourage you (sometimes yell), & you might even train with him.

It’s not about a lack of sleep that tires us out … we’ve got kids, like most parents we can function on very few forty winks?

We’ve had a rough couple of weeks sleep due to a few issues going on … just like everyone else in this world.
