E2MOM for 16 Minutes (Every 2minutes on the minute)

20 Cal Row or Assault Bike & 6 x 55kg/35kg Deadball Slams.

* Idea is to complete these two exercises as fast as possible without jeopardising form within 2 minutes…rest for the remainder of the time and then repeat.
