What is an EMOM?

At Fighting Fit we love our EMOM’s! The way we structure a workout is very intense and time efficient. Always complete every repetition correctly and properly, even if it takes longer, and you have less time to rest between each set.

One of the benefits of our EMOM’s are that we design them to challenge and develop a wide range of different aspects of your fitness. We program them to train:
