10 Wall Balls + 5 Double Kettlebell Cleans
10 OH Sit-ups + 5 Double Kettlebell Presses
10 Cleans + 5 Double Kettlebell Snatch’s

Complete 10 reps Wall Balls + 5 reps of Double Kettlebell Cleans – complete the Ball exercise with 3 different weights eg, 8kg…9kg…10kg then run 200m, repeat going back down in weight, run 200m. Move onto new exercises.
