Do you exercise to keep sane?

Do you exercise to keep sane?

Ever have those days when you could let loose on someone … anyone?!

Tess has what we call a “scary calm” mood. Bordering on homicidal, you don’t want to rub her the wrong way on days like that. She also manages to hide this very well, and uses her training as ‘therapy’.

I promise she’d never take it out on anyone … xx

Today, we caged her rage with the following therapy program:

  • 15 min AMRAP
  • P1 – Rows 14 strokes
  • P2 – Burpee to weight plate x 7

THEN

  • 15 min AMRAP (Constant work, changeover after row)
  • P1 – Rows 14 strokes
  • P2 – KB complex x 4 (Single arm Swing to Clean to Snatch)

THEN

  • 15 min AMRAP (Constant work, changeover after each prowler push)
  • P1 – Prowler Push (up & back – FAST)
  • P 2 – Alt. DB Push Press x 10
  • YOUR PARTNER IS NOT TO REST!! Tess xx
  • THEN1 hour Reformer Pilates

Ahhh … no better way to ‘cage your rage’.

And now, to meditate …

We’re off to check out some new hiking and climbing territory this weekend. Stay tuned …

Let’s just be honest … Next time you feel like punching someone in the face, kicking someone in the dick, tit punching, or stabbing someone in the eye … feel free to contact us for your very own therapy program.
