This workout is basic and short & sweet ­čÖé

In Pairs complete 10 down to 1 reps of:
Deadball Toss’s (30/40kg)
Box Jumps (20/24in)
Run 200m after odd number complete.

*P1 starts the round first and P2 starts once all DB Toss’s are complete…P1 Cannot overtake P2 throughout the workout.
