This workout is basic and short & sweet 🙂

In Pairs complete 10 down to 1 reps of

  • Deadball Toss’s (30/40kg)
  • Box Jumps (20/24in)
  • T2B
  • Run 200m after odd number complete.

*P1 starts the round first and P2 starts once all DB Toss’s are complete … P1 Cannot overtake P2 throughout the workout.
